Working principle
Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen in the Carbon Molecular Sieve is different due to the dynamic effect, and the oxygen molecule is adsorbed by the carbon Molecular Sieve, and the nitrogen molecule is enriched in the gas phase to reach the oxygen and nitrogen separation.
Because the adsorption capacity of the carbon molecular sieve is different with the pressure, and the pressure is reduced, the oxygen molecules adsorbed on the carbon molecular sieve can be resolved, and the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
Two adsorption tower processes are used, one column is used for producing nitrogen, one tower is regenerated, and the circulation is alternately, and the continuous generation of high quality nitrogen gas is produced.
